SPFM is a Program Administrator which underwrites package insurance programs for owners and managers of residential and commercial real estate in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

Founded in 1997, SPFM created Specialty Insurance Advantage, Inc., a Non-profit California Mutual Benefit Corporation, to provide insurance funds to purchase property and liability insurance on behalf of its members. As the exclusive program manager of this “Group Purchasing Facility” SPFM is able to offer the most comprehensive property and liability coverage available to Specialty Insurance Advantage members at a competitive price.

Program features include:

  • Blanket Property Limits with many “built in” coverages and sub-limits designed for property owners and managers.
  • Primary General Liability written first dollar per occurrence, per location and in the aggregate.
  • Environmental Coverage is built in including remediation and first and third party liability.
